The NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Behaviour that Challenges is a nationally recognised qualification designed to increase learners' awareness and understanding of behaviours that may be perceived as challenging and the impact these behaviours can have on individuals and others.

4 Understand the Role of Reflection and Support for Those Involved in Incidents of Behaviour that Challenges

These units explore causes of behaviour, behaviour support strategies, communication methods and reflective practice.
